When you contact us, either by phone, email or our quote form, we’ll take the time to learn about you and your business.

We conduct a full insurance review, finding out what potential risks you may face, levels of cover you may need and any additional cover we believe you need to help protect you and or your business from future eventualities.

As an insurance broker, we’ll do all the hard work and search our panel of insurers to find cover that meet your requirements.

During this process, we’ll make them aware of any specific or out of the ordinary types of protection you may need. As we have excellent relationships with our insurers, we can speak to them directly to discuss your levels of cover and rates.

Protection Towards the Unexpected

Once we have your terms and rate from our insurers, we’ll let you know and allow you time to look over the proposed policy.

If you’re happy with the policy, we will put your policy live and you’ll be protected towards several eventualities.

You can either pay for your policy in full or over monthly instalments. If you need us throughout the lifetime of your policy, we are only a phone call away.

what happens when I need to make a claim?

If you need to make a claim, we will be with you every step of the way. Speak to us first and we’ll raise it with the insurer on your behalf. During the claims process, we will speak to the insurer, chase up correspondence and we always try to get the best possible outcome for our clients.

Who’s the best Broker for me to speak with?

You can either contact one of our brokers directly or, you can ring the main phone number (01244 311033) and we will decide which team will be best suited for your enquiry. For example, if you have farm equipment and stables that you would like a quote for, we will pass this over to our Agricultural Insurance Specialists.

can I visit your Offices in person?

Yes, you’re more than welcome to visit! It’s best to get in touch first to book an appointment to ensure the right people are in to see you.

how long before my insurance is due, should I be in touch?

If you’re an existing client of ours, we will be in touch around 4-6 weeks before your insurance policy is due for renewal.

If you’re not a client of ours, the sooner the better. We will be able to review your current policy, your renewal documents or collect all the information we need for a new quote. If your policy is due in the next couple of days, our team will try their best to do a quick turnaround however this will depend on the type of policy and complexities. It’s best to give us a ring and we’ll let you know.
